If you are ordering the first time from us or if the delivery address is outside of Germany, you should do it in writing. Existing customers can also order by phone.

Once we have received your order we reserve the goods and send you an proforma invoice. 

If an item is not in stock, you will receive a written confirmation with an estimated delivery date instead.

Once your payment is received, we will deliver the shipment.
